Many of our Tow Companies have been writing emails and letters about the new HR-3 that was passed in Washington and now seems to have a National effect on towing policy in most States.  The new group is being formed with leaders in the industry from both Arizona and California, helping lead the group.

Our intention is to review the current law, current practices, case law ( there are a couple in California that need a close look at) and see what policy the study group recommends to the towers.

We hope to engage in the discussions other leaders, such as multihousing managers, HOA directors and two legislators who are interested in the outcome of this discussion.
